Chairman and CEO
Doug's father, Gene Mayhall, founded All Seasons under the name National Pools of Palos in 1954. Gene Mayhall passed away at an early age, leaving his wife, Claudia, at the helm. At an early age, Doug was drawn into the pool business and has never looked back. Doug's leadership, knowledge, and concern for taking the best care of all of our customers is a driving force behind what makes All Seasons so successful.
In addition to his duties as Chairman and CEO of All Seasons, Doug has served on the Board of the Midwest Chapter of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP), currently serves as a board member and past Chairman of the Board to Carecraft, a leading industry buying group, and is President of the Board for the Illinois State Rifle Association. Doug has numerous Genesis 3 Design Group certifications and has earned the Genesis Gold Member designation. Doug is also an APSP-Certified Building Professional, APSP-Certified Service Professional Certified Pool Operator, and a Certified Swimming Pool Facility Contractor.
Dan joined the All Seasons team in 1987 while working his way through college, eventually finding a home in an industry that was far from his original thoughts of becoming a high school music teacher.
Through his many years in the pool industry, Dan has held almost all of the National Spa and Pool Institute (NSPI) and Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) certifications and is currently an APSP-Certified Building Professional, an APSP-Certified Service Professional, as well as an APSP-Certified Trainer. He authors many articles that are published in trade magazines, such as Pool and Spa News and Aqua Magazine, teaches industry certification courses and seminars at industry trade shows and has served as a judge for the APSP International Awards of Excellence. Dan is currently serving as President on the board of directors for the Midwest Chapter of the APSP and is the current Vice-Chairman of the APSP's National Service Council.
Tom Sekulski is a retail operation professional focused on excellence and commitment to customer service. Tom became a team member at All Seasons in 1995 at the young age of 15 years old as a part-time employee. Through working in the retail store while in high school, Tom developed his skills in customer service and quickly increased his knowledge of our products and the pool industry.
Tom’s strong work ethic led him to advance quickly within the company, first as Retail Manager. Over the years, he has taken on and retained leadership roles in retail, purchasing, and marketing operations for All Seasons, most recently as Vice President. Tom is passionate about customer service and about confidently delivering the best products and support to everyone who chooses All Seasons.
Tom has earned APSP technical certifications and has completed hundreds of hours of water chemistry training from nationally recognized leading pool and spa chemical manufacturers. Tom’s skills and dedication have earned him, on multiple occasions, both Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year Honors.
LeeAnn has worked at All Seasons since 1984. In her free time she enjoys water aerobics and spending time with her dog, Lily. LeeAnn attended the 1980 US vs. Russia hockey game at the Winter Olympics. Her favorite cities are Venice, Italy and New Orleans. Her favorite TV Shows are Ray Donovan and This is Us.
Construction & Renovation Specialist
Gene has worked at All Seasons pools since 1995. When he is not working, Gene enjoys cooking and going camping. If Gene were famous, he would like to be a famous writer. One fictional place Gene would like to visit is Jurassic Park. Gene has visited many cities, his favorite is Key West and he would like to live there someday.
In-Ground Liner & Renovation Specialist
Alyn has been in the pool industry since 1980 and joined the All Season’s team since 1998. In his free time, he likes to go hunting and fishing. Roger Waters and Pink Floyd are two of Alyn’s favorite concerts. He’s visited hundreds of cities but his favorite is Tucson, AZ. One thing you might not know about him is that he’s an ex-paratrooper.
Sales Team Manager
Steve has been at All Seasons since 2006. Steve’s favorite city is New Orleans and would like to live there someday. Steve enjoys sports and watching his favorite show, The Ranch. One thing on his bucket list is to go on a helicopter ride. If he could visit a fictional place it would be Gotham City.
Assistant Retail Manager
Maggie joined the All Seasons’ team in 2013. Her favorite concert that she has attended was Ed Sheeran at Soldier Field. Maggie's favorite TV show is Money Heist. She has visited 12 cities, her favorite is St. Augustine, Fl. One thing on her bucket list is to travel around the world.
Service Office Manager
Melanie Brzozowski has worked at All Seasons since 2014. One of the greatest experiences of her life was attending a Roger Waters concert. Melanie would like to live in Myrtle Beach someday. #lifegoals. One thing on her bucket list is to go skydiving. She loves dancing and candy.
Larry joined the All Seasons team in 2014. He loves to visit new places and hopes to visit Paris someday. So far, he’s visited 8 cities and his favorite is Las Vegas. If he were famous, he would like to be famous for developing a supercar. Larry has been to many concerts, his favorite is Jason Aldean.
Service Office Associate
Kelli joined the All Seasons team in 2017, although she has been in the pool industry since 2003. Lollapalooza in 1996 was the first concert she attended. One fictional place she would like to visit is Mystic Falls. Kelli’s favorite shows include The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Shameless and Lucifer. Two things on her bucket list are to go noodling and deep-sea fishing.
Service Office Associate
Caitlin started working at All Seasons in 2015. She loves just about anything that is chocolate! The best concerts that she’s attended were Paul McCartney & Elton John. Most of her joints hyper-extend. Caitlin’s favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy. One fictional place she would like to visit is Emerald City from Wizard of Oz.
Service Office Associate
Toni started working at All Seasons in 2018. In her free time, Toni likes to gamble and spend time with her two grandsons. Her favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy. Toni would like to visit Willy Wonka’s Factory. Her favorite candy is either Snickers or Twix. Her favorite concert that she’s attended is Bon Jovi.
Dan has worked at All Seasons since 2010. The best concert that he's attended was Thirty Seconds to Mars. Dan is a Lord of the Rings Enthusiast. His favorite TV show is Supernatural. If Dan were famous, he would like to be a famous cellist. Dan would like to live in Japan and travel to Europe someday.
Mike has worked at All Seasons since 2001 but has been in the pool industry since 1979. He enjoys swimming and sailing, he hopes to sail around the world one day. The best concert he’s ever attended was Luke Bryan at Soldier Field in 2014.
Joe has been at All Seasons since 2017. He’s been in the pool industry since 2006. In his free time, Joe likes to golf and hopes to golf at the Augusta National someday. Joe’s favorite city is Dana Point, CA. His favorite candy is Whatchamacallit, yes, that’s the actual name of it. Joe’s least favorite superhero is Daredevil. Joe has often, around the office, been nicknamed "Pool God"!
Jeremy joined the All Seasons team in 1999 but has been in the pool industry since 1994. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys motorsports and watching Last Man Standing. Jeremy would love to live in his favorite city, Tempe, AZ. The best concert Jeremy attended was Toby Keith.
Tyler has worked at All Seasons since 2009. During his spare time, he enjoys working on military trucks. His favorite TV show is Game of Thrones and would like to visit Westeros. Tyler has visited 10 cities and his favorite is San Antonio. One thing on his bucket list is to visit all the National Parks.
Vince has worked at All seasons since 2011. One fictional place he would like to visit is Wakanda. If he were famous, he would like to be a famous inventor. Vince’s favorite TV Show is The Honeymooners. One thing on his bucket list is to go paragliding. One thing you may not know about Vince is that he is a hoverboard king!
Brandon joined the All Seasons team in 2013. In his free time, he likes to play video games and watch his favorite TV show, Game of Thrones. Lionel Richie was the best concert he’s ever attended. Brandon also claims to have an “angelic voice”. Who knows, maybe he’ll serenade you next time he’s out at your house.
Gene has worked at All Seasons since 2003. When he’s not working, he loves to travel. His favorite city is Maggie Valley in North Carolina. He wants to move out in the mountains in North Carolina. Gene loves Hershey’s bars. The best concert he attended was the Rolling Stones in 1978.
Chris joined the All Seasons team in 2016. On his time off, Chris likes going camping, fishing, hiking, and cycling. Chris would love to live in Alaska. He has visited a lot of cities, his favorite is Kodiak Island in Alaska. His least favorite superhero is Wolverine. A fictional place he would like to visit is Pandora, the world of Avatar.
Luis Perez Jr.
Luis joined the All Seasons team in 2016. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and if he were famous, he would like to be a famous soccer player. Butterfingers are his favorite candy. If he could, he would love to visit the Kanto region of Pokémon. His favorite TV show is Breaking Bad. The best concert Luis has attended was Imagine Dragons.
